About Us:
Nic and Eileen formed Hill Home Forge Art Glass Studio about 10 years ago as a stained glass studio. Then Nic discovered the torch and the gorgeous lush colors of Italian Moretti glass. Now he is a committed flameworker.

Nic graduated with a degree from Philadelphia College of Art, and pursued a 40-year career as a metalsmith. He is a founding member of the Penn Dragons, the eastern Pennsylvania chapter of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers. He has studied with John Winter, Kate Fowle Meleney, Sandy Seaman, Roxanne Taylor, and Trisch Koester. His beads and articles have appeared in national bead magazines, and he has taught and lectured on bead technique for the last four years. His beads are in collections as far away as Japan and Australia as well as across the United States. He shows only in galleries and museums with current shows in the Bead Museum in Glendale AZ, the Banana Factory in Bethlehem PA, and the Carbon County Cultural Project in Jim Thorpe PA.

Eileen started making jewelry from Nic's beads when the number of beads in the studio became alarming. After studying wire working with Connie Fox, Eileen currently sells her jewelry to private collectors
